Oak Hill is HYR Grappling's next-door neighbor — most families are door to door in about ten minutes. A kids-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Chantilly for ages 7–17, with no adult program sharing the room.
Ten minutes door to door means a missed class is easy to make up, and a busy school week doesn't break the habit. Consistency is what actually builds skill — proximity is how you keep it.
HYR runs one program: kids and teens ages 7–17. No adult classes before or after, no split attention — the entire academy is built around training young athletes. See the program.
Parents are welcome at the side of the room every session, not just the first one. You'll see exactly what your child is learning and how the coaches run the room. Meet the coaches.
From the Franklin Farm side, take West Ox Road or Centreville Road toward Route 50 and you're practically here — the gym sits just off Route 50 at 14740 Flint Lee Road in Chantilly, with parking out front.
Tuesday and Thursday classes start at 5:00 PM, which is an easy run from school pickup anywhere in Oak Hill. Saturday's 10:00 AM class leaves the rest of the weekend untouched.
All classes are ages 7–17, beginners welcome at any of them. Full schedule
The first class is free, and there’s no commitment after it. Pick a time below — it takes about 45 seconds.
HYR families also drive in from Fairfax, Centreville, and South Riding.
