- ADCC open medalist : 4x Gold, 2 x Bronze
- Currently ranked 3rd overall male on the ADCC 2025 circuit.
- Top 16 finish in the 2024 ADCC west coast trials.
- IBJJF World, Pan & American National champion.
- PGF Season 5 & 7 team champion.
- 3 season PGF veteran.
- Virginia Tech Division 1 wrestler- - 4 year letterman & all ACC
- 1 year volunteer assistant coach at Virginia Tech
LYNDON YATES
Brown belt under Sean Stoopman
Coach Lyndon is a high-level grappler with years of experience in both wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has won multiple IBJJF International Opens and placed second at American Nationals.
He accomplished this while being ranked in the top 10 for three years in his weight class in the adult division.
Outside of competing, Coach Lyndon has been coaching full-time for 5 years and has been working with kids for 3.
The majority of his coaching experience comes from working with some of the most talented and highly touted youth athletes in the sport, who have competed at ADCC and MMA Youth Worlds.TT for about 3 years.
